BookDragon Version 4.0.3 Released

We updated the UI for book covers when viewing a book's description or details. We also made an update for iOS 26 users so the books title and authors show in the top navigation bar.

We also fixed the following bugs:

-Fixed a UI bug when selecting a book from the book library or completed tab

-Fixed a books description incorrectly not showing when a cover isn't saved

-Fixed authors may not be showing in a books description
